Delivery & Returns Information
Delivery Charges
All delivery costs are calculated and displayed clearly in your basket at checkout — we never hide them within product prices. Charges are based on the size and weight of your order and are calculated for standard mainland UK delivery.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Islands depending on the product and the carrier involved. Not every order will incur a surcharge, so if your address falls within these areas, our team will reach out before your order is processed to discuss any extra costs.

Unless otherwise stated in the checkout or below, all deliveries will be subject to a £6.50 Delivery Fee. If purchasing products from multiple suppliers, your delivery fee will always be capped at a maximum of £60.00 per order.
Delivery Timescales
We work hard to get your order to you on time, but delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturer availability or carrier schedules.
If anything changes, we'll let you know promptly by phone or email.
Please also note that orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.
All estimated delivery times are calculated on a standard 5-day working week.
Next-Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available on selected products, subject to stock.
If your basket contains a mix of next day and standard delivery items, the whole order may default to the longer delivery window.

Access Requirements
Our standard delivery service is for mainland UK addresses with unrestricted vehicle access.
If your delivery location involves narrow lanes, steep inclines, low bridges, width restrictions, double yellow lines, or red routes, please contact us on 0204 559 0373 or email info@valueroofingsupplies.co.uk before placing your order.
We reserve the right to decline a delivery where access restrictions haven't been disclosed in advance.
For island or remote deliveries, shipping options and costs will depend on the product type and destination — please get in touch and we'll find the best solution for you.
Split & Multiple Deliveries
Some orders may be fulfilled directly from manufacturers or multiple suppliers, which means your goods could arrive in separate deliveries.
Where stock availability requires it, we may also split an order to get available items to you sooner rather than making you wait. You'll receive a dispatch notification for each part of your order so you can track everything easily.
If we become aware of any significant delays, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect your goods carefully before signing for them. If anything appears damaged or is missing, do not sign for the delivery as received in good condition — contact us straight away on 0204 559 0373 or at info@valueroofingsupplies.co.uk and we'll sort it out.
Signing without noting damage will be taken as confirmation that goods arrived in satisfactory condition. Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
For heavier items, please ensure someone is available and able to assist with offloading, or that suitable equipment (such as a forklift) is on hand.
Tail-lift or crane-off services may be available for certain orders at an additional charge — please enquire when placing your order if you think you'll need this.
Our Couriers
Value Roofing Supplies uses a combination of national couriers, pallet networks, and direct manufacturer transport to get your order to you. We're always reviewing our logistics to minimise delivery miles and reduce our environmental impact.
For heavier items, please ensure someone is available and able to assist with offloading, or that suitable equipment (such as a forklift) is on hand.
Tail-lift or crane-off services may be available for certain orders at an additional charge — please enquire when placing your order if you think you'll need this.
